Daily Routine at the Hostel

The daily schedule of hostel students is carefully designed to promote academic excellence, discipline, and personal development:

  • Morning Sessions: Formal academic classes during first and second periods.

  • Midday Break: Lunch and Dhuhr prayer.

  • Afternoon Time: After Asr prayer, students engage in personal time for rest, games, or assigned responsibilities.

  • Evening Routine: Dinner is served after Maghrib prayer, followed by supervised self-study under the guidance of the superintendent.

  • Night Schedule: Isha prayer is followed by preparation for bed, with lights out by 10:30 PM.

The hostel is under constant supervision through CCTV surveillance, along with live monitoring by the hostel superintendent, security guards, and wardens. No student is allowed to leave the premises or breach discipline.

Additionally, students receive moral education and Qur’anic lessons, where they are taught manners, life ethics, and the practical wisdom of living a balanced life. Personal development and character-building are central aspects of hostel life.

Hostel Dining Facilities

The hostel features a clean, hygienic, and spacious dining hall. Students are grouped and assigned specific seating arrangements to maintain order and discipline during meal times. Meals are served with consideration to health standards and dietary needs.

Medical Care & Emergency Support

The institution provides basic first-aid services within the hostel. In case of serious illness, students are taken to a government hospital for examination and treatment by specialist doctors. Parents are promptly informed in cases of major medical concern.

Medical expenses incurred during treatment are the responsibility of the student’s parents or guardians.

Hostel Leave Policy

Hostel students are granted a bi-weekly weekend leave every second Saturday, with mandatory return on Sunday evening. However, students from Kindergarten to Middle level (up to Grade 8) may return by Monday morning.

Besides regular holidays for national and religious festivals, students also enjoy designated summer and winter vacations. No additional or unscheduled holidays are allowed. In the event of sudden or local closures, hostel students are not sent home unless permitted by their parents or guardians. During such periods, they remain supervised within the hostel premises.

Hostel Student Account Management

To encourage financial responsibility and prevent loss or misuse of money, hostel students are not allowed to keep cash in their possession. Each student is provided with a personal Account Book by the hostel superintendent. All financial transactions and balances are recorded in this book.

Whenever a student needs money, they may request it from the superintendent by signing their account book, ensuring a transparent and accountable system of financial management.
